1. EveryGen: Rethinking Intergenerational Equity
What happens when we put future generations at the heart of decision-making?
EveryGen brings together researchers, policymakers, and social innovators to explore how institutions can better serve all generations. We investigate how intergenerational fairness is embedded (or ignored) in policy, and what it takes to shift systems toward long-term thinking.
2. Frontiers REsearch: Gender, technology & Climate
How does gender (in)equality manifest in institutions at the edge of innovation?
Led by Dr Elise Stephenson, this research dives into how gender inequality manifests in frontier fields—AI, space, and climate action. It maps the institutional design and policy decisions that will shape our collective future, with a focus on inclusion and resilience.
3. Future Generations Policy: Ending Policrastination
Leadership, policy-making and governance for a better future
Policrastination is the delay or avoidance of critical decisions that affect future generations—especially in areas like climate, housing, education, and economic reform. This project calls for a new kind of leadership: one that prioritises long-term thinking and intergenerational justice. Through our new book, we explore how to redesign governance to stop kicking the can down the road—and start building a future we can be proud of.
